We are based in the Salt Lake Valley and travel across the Intermountain West, remote locations included, with a high-clearance 4x4. Aerial work is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot.

Prices are per visit and include editing. The photo count scales with the size of the property.

Travel
There is no travel charge within 25 miles of Salt Lake City. Beyond that we agree travel costs with you before booking. As a guide, we base them on the IRS standard mileage rate, currently 76 cents a mile.
How it works
- Tell us about the property. The address, rough square footage, and when it needs to be ready.
- We confirm a time and a price. The price is the one above plus any travel, in writing.
- We photograph it. A visit takes about an hour for a typical home. Please have it tidy and the lights on.
- You receive the edited photos in an online gallery, usually within two days.
Use of the photos
You may use the photographs to market the property: listing services, brochures, your website and social media. Other uses are by agreement. See licensing.
