For delivery by December 23, order by the dates below. These dates include a 2-business-day buffer for holiday order volume on top of each medium's usual lead time, which is already production and delivery together. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Write to us if you need it sooner.

Prints are made to order by NMFA. Allow about 14 business days for ChromaLuxe metal, 18 for TruLife acrylic, 28 for framed acrylic, and 10 for fine art paper, for production and delivery. Each photo page shows the lead time beside the medium. Everything ships with tracking.

Ask us before ordering if you need a particular date. We'll tell you whether it's possible; rush production needs confirmation.

We ship within the US. For Canada, write to us for a quote; shipping is quoted at cost before you pay. We don't ship anywhere else for now.

Contact us promptly with photos of the print, outer and inner packaging, and shipping label. Keep the print and packaging until we confirm next steps. We replace damaged or defective prints at no cost.

Ask. Each photo is only sold at sizes that hold detail at viewing distance, but we can tell you honestly whether the file holds up at the size you have in mind.

ChromaLuxe metal for night skies and deep blacks, and the toughest for a busy room. Anti-glare TruLife acrylic for the wall that gets the light. Fine art paper if you want to frame it yourself. At checkout, choose whether to include a printed artist signature in the photograph at no charge. We review its placement for each photo and print size, and the lab ships directly to you. For hand signing, contact us before ordering; allow about eight additional business days for shipping through Utah, signing and repacking, before final delivery. Limited editions are numbered.

A fixed number of prints of that frame across all sizes, numbered. Open editions are not numbered. Each photo page says which it is.

As much as it takes to make the file look like the place we stood in, and no more. Most of our night frames are single exposures. A few are stacked, or combine moments from one night's timelapse, from the same spot on the same night, and the caption says so. We don't add skies, stars, or ridgelines we didn't photograph. Prints are made to order, so we can't take returns for a change of mind. If one arrives damaged or has a defect, we replace it at no cost. If something else isn't right, write to us and we'll see what we can do.

Entry at the national parks we photograph is $20 to $35 per vehicle, except Great Basin, which has no entrance fee. The $80 America the Beautiful annual pass covers entry at all of them. Non-US residents pay an extra $100 per person at Bryce Canyon, Glacier, Grand Teton, Yellowstone, Yosemite and Zion, unless they hold an annual pass. National park passes and fees, park by park.
