Prices and tax
Prices are in US dollars and don't include sales tax. Tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address, where it applies. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Made to order
Every print is made for your order by our lab, NMFA. The lead time for each medium is shown on the photo page. It's an estimate for production and delivery, not a guarantee. Before anything goes to the lab we check the crop, the file, and the size against the frame you chose. If we don't think it will hold up at that size, we'll tell you before it's made, and you can pick another size or medium or cancel for a full refund.
Returns and damage
Because each print is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If a print arrives damaged, send us a photo of the damage and the box, and we'll replace it at no cost.
Colour
Every screen shows colour a little differently, so a print can look slightly different from what you saw on your monitor. We print from the same file you see here.
Signed prints and editions
Paper prints can be signed on request at checkout. Ready-to-hang pieces carry a signed label on the back. Where a photo is sold as a limited edition, the edition size is on its page, and we don't print that frame beyond it.
Copyright
Buying a print gets you the print, not the rights to the photograph. Copyright stays with Dust & Starlight LLC. You're welcome to hang it, photograph your room with it, and resell the physical print. Reproducing the image in any other form needs a licence, so ask us.
The fine print
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. If something goes wrong with an order, write to us first. Most problems are solved with one email.
