Prices and tax
Prices are in US dollars and don't include sales tax. Tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address, where it applies. Shipping within the US is free.
We ship within the US, and checkout takes US addresses only. For Canada, write to us for a quote; shipping is quoted at cost before you pay. We don't ship anywhere else for now.
Made to order
Every print is made for your order by our lab, NMFA. Allow about 14 business days for ChromaLuxe metal, 18 for TruLife acrylic, 28 for framed acrylic, and 10 for fine art paper. These are estimates for production and delivery, not a guarantee. Before anything goes to the lab we check the crop, the file, and the size against the size you chose. If we don't think it will hold up at that size, we'll tell you before it's made, and you can pick another size or medium or cancel for a full refund.
Returns and damage
Because each print is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If a print arrives damaged or has a defect, send us photos of the print, the packaging and the shipping label, and we'll replace it at no cost.
Color
Every screen shows color a little differently, so a print can look slightly different from what you saw on your monitor. We print the photograph from a full-resolution print master, rather than the smaller web preview. Room lighting also affects its appearance.
Signed prints and editions
Checkout offers an optional printed artist signature within the photograph, with placement reviewed for each photo and print size. The lab ships directly to you. Hand signing is arranged by contacting us before ordering; allow about eight additional business days for the Utah shipment, signing and repacking, before final delivery. Where a photo is sold as a limited edition, the edition size is on its page, and we don't print that frame beyond it.
Copyright
Buying a print gets you the print, not the rights to the photograph. Copyright stays with Dust & Starlight LLC. You're welcome to hang it, photograph your room with it, and resell the physical print. Reproducing the image in any other form needs a license, so ask us.
The fine print
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. If something goes wrong with an order, write to us first. Most problems are solved with one email.
