Thor's Hammer is the best-known single hoodoo in Bryce: a thin column of soft rock under a harder cap that protects it from the rain, standing out of the amphitheater below Sunset Point. We made this on a clear day in early June 2024, the same trip as Bryce Point at golden hour and Fairyland Canyon under building clouds.
